PRODUCT INFORMATION

Where does the coffee come from?

Our coffee beans come from various regions around the world, including Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Guatemala, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, and Ethiopia. We work closely with our partners to bring you the finest beans from small farms and plantations.

Which types of coffee do we offer?

Our selection is still growing, but it already includes a high-quality Arabica bean and a special blend. Each coffee has a unique aroma and flavor profile to suit your taste.

Which roast levels are available?

We currently offer medium roasts that are well-balanced and full-bodied, with bold flavors resulting from exceptional craftsmanship.

Are the beans freshly roasted?

Yes, all our beans are freshly roasted and packed immediately. We guarantee freshness and include the roasting date on every package.

Order and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard deliveries usually take 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the destination. You’ll find details at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, you can order individual packages.

Do you offer a coffee subscription?

At the moment, we do not offer a subscription service. However, feel free to check back in our shop regularly, as we are constantly expanding our portfolio.

Returns and Exchanges

What if I don’t like the coffee?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If our coffee doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us directly. We’re here to find a solution together.

Can I exchange products?

Yes, unopened packages can be exchanged within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If a product is damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number. We will replace the item immediately and apologize for the inconvenience.

Packaging and Sustainability

How is the coffee packaged?

Our beans are delivered in aroma-protected, resealable packaging to preserve freshness. The packaging is designed to optimally protect the coffee.

Is the packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes, it is made from materials sourced from FSC®-certified forests, reclaimed materials, and other controlled sources. The certification ensures that all environmental and social standards are upheld in the management of forest regions and throughout every step of the supply chain.

By purchasing, you support the responsible use and reforestation of our forests: for every 100 packages ordered, our production partner plants one tree in collaboration with the Eden Reforestation Projects.

Is the coffee sealed fresh?

Yes, each package is sealed airtight immediately after roasting to retain its aroma.

Brewing Tips

How should I brew the coffee?

This depends on the brewing method! For filter coffee, we recommend 60 g of coffee per liter of water. For espresso, use 18 g for a double shot.

How should I grind the beans?

Grind the beans according to your brewing method: coarse for French press, medium for filter coffee, and fine for espresso.

What is the ideal water amount and temperature?

The ideal water temperature is between 92 and 96°C. For quantities, we recommend about 15–18 g of coffee per 250 ml of water.

Special Concerns

Do you offer decaffeinated coffee?

Currently, we do not offer decaffeinated coffee. However, feel free to check back in our shop regularly, as we are constantly working on new roasts.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our coffee is 100% vegan and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
